Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Deal Rooms, part of ForgeOS. By signing in you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Who can use it

You need an active ForgeOS / Forge Creators membership. Scouts and monetized members are approved by the admin before they can use outreach features. You must be at least 18 and give true information when you sign up.

2. Your accounts and messages

• You may connect only Instagram and Gmail accounts that you own or are allowed to use.
• You are responsible for the messages sent from your accounts, including ones you approve from AI drafts or that your autopilot sends. Autopilot is off until you turn it on.
• Follow Instagram's and Google's rules. Don't send spam, don't message people who asked you to stop, and don't use the service for anything illegal, harassing or misleading.
• People who say “stop” or “not interested” are put on a do-not-contact list and are not messaged again.

3. AI features

AI drafts can be wrong. Check them before you send. The AI never promises income or results, and money, contract and call questions are always left for you to answer. If you turn on phone alerts, an automated voice agent calls the number you saved; you can switch calls off in Settings at any time.

4. Payments and credits

Membership is billed through Whop. Some features (AI drafts, audits, phone calls) use ForgeOS credits. Credits are not refundable once used.

5. Ending your use

You can disconnect accounts or stop using Deal Rooms at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. See the Privacy Policy and how to delete your data.

6. Instagram and Google

Deal Rooms uses Instagram's and Google's official APIs with your permission. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Meta, Instagram or Google.

7. No guarantees

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running and secure but can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for lost deals or indirect losses, as far as the law allows.
